i bought a used rental from renagade harley davision it was a motorcycle on sept 4 2012 and didnt get the motorcycle til 8th which i noticed a dent in front fender of motorcycle and sales mgr said they would fix it and shop said they would use a belve to get dent out and made it worse all thwey gonna do now is wetsand and put clear on it and put it back on it is this right

Alot would depend upon whether or not you bought it as, "AS IS." In just reading your story, it sounds as though fixing the fender properly is beyond their ability. So, it sounds as though you are going to get a run-around while they figure out how they are going to deal with the situation.
Salesmen have always been known to offer the moon to get the sale pushed through, and in the end you might be lucky if you end up with simply a picture of it. His concern will be how all this will affect his commission or profit. Good luck!
