On or about September 24, 2012 at approx 5:30pm The Night Manager for Didlake told Employee Curtis E. Crawford, that the H.R. Officer instructed him to escort me to the front gate and to take my Building Pass, I was also told that I was not being fired and did not have to clear my locker. The Night Supervisor has signed (2.) two leave slip, and approved leave on both the same evening. Yet no one has ever given me a reason for not being able to come to work, nor for taking my security badge. I

I believe that the action of my removal, was biased on the fact that I am a Black male, and is totally groundless in merit and meritless.

First, apply for Unemployment Compensation from your state, to protect your rights.

If you are the member of a Union, contact the Union.

If not, consult a Tort Attorney, WBMS

Are you Curtis? If so hi! Firstly did you not ask his reasons for taking off from you your building pass? What sort of company do you work for and who are Didlake? I am assuming you work for a construction company and Didlake obviously is some government based building???

Regardless I would definitely contact Employment Rights because this sounds most peculiar and if the reason they didnt want you on theiir premises is about the colour of your skin then you have a case - Good Luck Curtis.
