      Do you mean the Soup Dragon? In the 1970's there was a childrens' TV programme called 'The Clangers' . They lived on a small planet and ate blue string pudding and soup supplied by the Soup Dragon. There was also a Scottish rock band called 'The Soup Dragons'.
