    I have an email acct which suddenly became unavailable. bellsouth.net Why?

    I used to have an att account.  Transferred to Time Warner.  Permissioon to use same email address.  No longer works.

      When you transferred away from Bellsouth, you gave up rights to use their e-mail program. They shut it off.
