    3. i have a spreadsheet created using html..............i can copy it into an excel spreadsheet but i cannot total up my cols by using the sum function....what should i do...the spreadsheet is very big and i cannot rekey the whole thing again..........please tell me how to download it and use it in excel..thanks

      Try importing it into Google Drive and then converting to Excel.

      OR - It is likely that the column with your numbers is marked as text. Try changing this to numbers
