      No! If I wasn't in a community property state like California, though, I probably could have taken my ex to the financial cleaners instead of vice versa.

        I can let you know on the 14th November.I am taking a car dealership to court, they sold me a repairable write-off car, unbeknown to me.

            The last two times I was in court, I lost and it cost me my world. I won't elaborate, too personal but, it dulled my faith in the judicial system.........

              I feel for you; "been there, done that!" I sued Uncle Sam. Was 1000% right. 3 "kangaroo courts". Lots of $ in legal fees. National security issue decided after 9/11.
