check firewalls on security ..
here are some tips or how to try and fix it
1. Open your web browser. Whether you are using Internet Explorer Versions 7 or 8, Firefox, Manzilla, or Safari, the basic protocols for resetting just the cookies on your web browser are the same. Options for each browser will allow you to do a factory reset or just delete cookies from various websites you have visited.
2. Locate the history of your web browser. If you use Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox, you will find it in "Tools > Internet Options". For Internet Explorer 8, it is located under the "Safety" menu in the upper-right corner of your screen. Safari settings are located under its menu.
3. Select the options you wish to reset. If you use Internet Explorer 8, you may want to deselect, or uncheck, "Preserve Favorites website data" and select to delete "cookies." If desired, you may also select to delete the "temporary internet files" and some people may want to delete the history of the last few websites they visited. If you are using Internet Explorer 7, it is similar to IE 8. When you click on "Delete Files", you are given the option of deleting just the cookies or other things such as "History" or "Temporary Internet Files". Firefox gives you the option to "Clear Private Data" with options for "Cache" (history) and "cookies". Safari allows you to "Empty the cache" and "Remove all cookies".
4. Follow the prompts and confirmations specific to your browser. Whether it is "Next", "Rest", "Clear Now", or "OK", you computer will then proceed to delete all of the cookies, as well as any other option you selected..
