    why are there tapeworms on my driveway all of a sudden?

    in the last few nights I have found these tapeworms on my concrete driveway. At first I thought they were just really long earthworms, but when I took a picture and research them, I found out they were tapeworms. I have never seen them out there before and am concerned for my dog and myself. they are all about 12 inches long, and have a end or head that looks like a hammer head shark head. should I do something to kill them? are they a health hazard to my pets?

        Do you own a dog, and have you seen him dragging his rear end?  Maybe he is passing them.
