Do you mean 1 fluid ounce (volume) or 1 international avoirdupois ounce (mass, the normal ounce of weight used in the US)?
1 oz (mass) is 28350 mg (mg is mass).
The mass of 1 fl oz (volume) of liquid depends on the density of the liquid.
You need to know the density of the liquid. It'd be easiest if you know it in mg/fl oz, because then you just multiply 1 fl oz * x mg/fl oz=x mg. If it's not in mg/fl oz, do the same multiplication then multiply units to convert it to how you need it to be. e.g. water is about 1 g/cm^3. 1 fl oz of water weighs:
1 fl oz * (1 g/cm^3)=
1 fl oz * g/cm^3=
1 fl oz * g/cm^3 * (29.57 cm^3 / 1 fl oz)=
29.57 g
