        Have the child raise one arm above his head. This is what my sister (the nurse) taught her children. They are still living......

          You again? Isn't there a homework site you are suppose to be posting these to? This is akaQA, a general question and answer forum. You are going to be getting the adult volunteers answering these instead of the child you say you are posting them for.
