    Restart your computer and press the key asked for to enter the Toshiba BIOS setup on the boot screen.

    Move through each of the BIOS's screens by pressing the left and right arrow keys until you see exit options, such as "Exit Without Saving" or "Save Changes and Exit." The current screen will be highlighted in the upper portion of the monitor as either "Exit" or "Save." You will not be required to enter any subscreens during this process.

    Review this "Exit" screen and search for the heading "Restore Defaults" or "Load Default Settings" and press the corresponding key.

    Select the "Yes" or "OK" option when asked if you really want to reset the BIOS setting.

    Restart the computer and reenter the BIOS to check if the settings you wanted set to default have in fact been changed.
