Like I do everyday, one day at a time. Now is the only time there is, all other considerations are fantasy. The past is a vanishing memory, not much different than being in a brightly lit room and then going outside into a night sky and starlight. It takes time to adjust to the night lights. Yesterday is in gradually greater darkness. Today is here now, awake and alive with every option possible open to you in this moment. That is what being here now is about….for me it is my religion.

With my family and friends, helping them in any last way that I could.  This is only if I knew it was the last day, and they did not know that!

None us really know the answer to that, what we'd like to do is probably very different to the things circumstance demand, I'd like to be on a pacific Island snorkelling, but chances are I'll be in a hospital bed somewhere
