      Ask Norton. Apparently you are suppose to have a Norton toolbar > https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp/product.jsp?ct=us&lg=en&product=home&version=current&pvid=f-home

        Yeah I've done that awaiting a reply seems I over rode my toolbar when I downloaded another programme. Thanks for your reply.

        You can right click on File and uncheck any tool bars that you want to disable.

        Right-Click on the toolbar. It will give you a bunch of options. Then, click Norton Safe Web Lite or any other Norton related link. That will restore it.
