    Improve my poor spoken and listening English

    How to improve my poor spoken and listening English. I have studied English for years, but can not spoken out. It is big obstacle at work.

      You write in English better than many American born young people.  Go to your school district and see it they're having adult educ classes for English as a 2nd language. They have it here in my area.....in Michigan .

        The reason I was able to learn English quickly was because, during my first year in Indiana, I had no one to converse with in my own native tongue.  I spent the entire year with only English speakers.  To me that's the only way to learn: speak only English!
