    There is no difference.

It should be an hour, as Jacksonville is in Eastern time zone, while Nebraska falls in the Central time zone. Nebraska should be an hour behind Jacksonville, Florida.

The time at the moment is exactly the same, perhaps one of the states don't change over?

I'm just going by the time zone maps, I don't know why Nebraska would differ, unless something hasn't been updated for daylight savings.
