Everyone copes differently...thou I think everyone goes through/starts the grieving process ie shock...anger..disbelief...raw grief and it,s common to look to blame eg yourself/drs,nurses etc... A lot of people find comfort in prayer...some want to surround themselves with family and friends...O's want to be left alone to grieve ... I don't think there's any right or wrong way of grieving...it's SO personal to ea and everyone of us...just be as kind to yourself as you can be...it helped me to remember that other people are often mourning the same loss and don't be afraid to seek out help eg GP /friends/family/bereavement services etc... You also have to remind yourself that even though you never get over it...you do get through it...HUGE cliche I know....but time IS a great healer!! Good luck ... Xxx
