- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- Click the Networktab.
- Under Protocols, clear UDP.
For Windows Media Player version 6.4:
- On the View menu, click Options.
- Click the Advancedtab.
- Select Streaming Media and click Change.
- Under Protocols, clear UDP
