    In MICROSOFT WORD how do you delete unwanted resent documents

    I think there's a trash can in word.

    If there is one, it would be on the menu bar. Otherwise, try right clicking on what you want to remove. There may be a delete. I do not use Word so I'm guessing based on other similar apps.

    Click the Microsoft Office Button.

    Select the "Word Options" button at the bottom of the window that appears.

    Select "Advanced" from the list on the left of the window.

    Change the "Show This Number of Recent Documents" to "0." You will find this option directly under the Display section heading.

    Click "OK."
