    I've just joined the forum and cannot see how to post a question or make any comments. Am I just dim?

      Answer questions, if you know the answer to them.


      The box to your right is for asking a new question.


      There is a spot to Answer a question in each thread.


      You can also Comment an Answer under another


      posters answer.


      Lots more facts at the very bottom of your screen.
