    had charging system checked on 2006 chevrolet uplander checked out ok but battery still discharges.

    headlights pulsate when vehicle is on and sometimes starter keep wanting to crank again after it has  started.  COULD IT BE STARTER SELENOID?

      Sound to me like you may just need to clean the battery connections.


      If that does not work, take it to a shop to have the charging system analyzed, WBMS.


      You may need new brushes in the altermator..
