Are they ads? If they are ads, you can not get rid of them. If you feel it's a problem with the e-mail app, update your java, clean out your computer's cache and reboot the computer.

No I'm not because you did not mention incredimail. There are hundreds of thousands of e-mail providers on the internet. I had to generalize for my answer.
Now that I look again, I see you put incredimail in the tag. I missed that. I only read the question. Either way, my advice can still work if it's a problem with the app.
