      What phone? Can you e-mail them to yourself? Did your phone come with a USB cable so you can connect it to your computer and download the pictures? Do you have your phone's user manual? Have you ever read it?

        Phone is a one touch 990. It came with a USB cable. I have the phone manual and have read through the 150 pages but it doesn't say how to download the pictures to a computer. When I try (Windows Vista) it tells me to enter the disc that came with the phone. No disc came with the phone.

        Your phone may not be compatible with vista. Here's their support page with phone numbers http://www.alcatelonetouch.com/global-en/support/hotlines_repaircenters.html. Call and ask, tell them the info is not in the user manual. I checked myself and could not find the answer on their Faq's page.
