    a heart monitor for the wrist that doesn't need a chest belt?

    I'm looking for a heart rate monitor that takes the pulse from the wrist, and doesn't need to use a chest belt/strap.  I know you can get a watch which you touch with a finger, but I understand these are unreliable.  Can you help?
