          did the dog vomit?  If not, try to make him vomit, and also get him right to the vet...

            You have to be careful re poisonous substances re vomiting/induced...some chemicals/substances can cause serious ulceration of the gastro intestinal tract!!:-(....VET must see and advise/treat!!

              why the h----- did you let your dog get close to rat poison ?   Hope you took him  / her to an emergency vet clinic ASAP
