Forgive my lousy typing I am lossing my vision and often misspell everything -also am a lousy typist. 

I can furnish details on request-I believe that I have an enforceable judgement even though the methodology was unusual-due to being blocked for years to be able to seek legal redress something that The US Constitution used to guarantee for every citizen until some years ago.

I have experienced several family members apparently murdered two machine gunned down one went into a coma and my father dead after two hours after he offered to help me fight top politician protected by such agencies. plus several dead on intrigue following the "disappearance of titles and gold lodes" it took me thirty one years to find the titles and entire mess solved. 

For over thirty years I have posted claims gone to every politician, asked Human rights orgs etc for help and the story seems incredible-after all the US Pretends to be a democracy where the court system works-not so can see just from 15 million families foreclosed witrh their homes robbed(the govt provides insurance to cover the default and it is not appleid for benefit of homeowners as the TARP funds were robbed to pay fat bonuses to wall street exceutives. 

SDo I need a seasoned lawyer-or team in UCC .real estate law, US constitutional matters just to analyze my claim which remained unanswered or remains to this date unanswered on facebook(despite granting them 10 business days to deny the charges-and if they diid not reply RICO Act charges also would be declared)RICO Act is the raqueteering and corrupt Practices ACt used for prosecuting gangsters and politicians that are corrupt or damage citizens of the USA-the award under law grants trebble damages under this act)-I posted the claim stating or declaring that it was a Constitutional claim under Artticle lll Court of The United States of America not the BAR system used here since the 1930s when each American was mortgaged by our politicians after they robbed all the Treasury and sent funds to Hitler for establishment of the Third Reich or New World Order(can read all evidence and details in Wall Street and The Rise of Hitler" by Anthony C Sutton Prof Political Science UNIV Cambridge and London School of Economics .

The entire saga started as I discoverd that many years ago as the policy was being developed apparently to create an aptmosphere to profiteer from invading other Countris,create a war industry based on"terror" accusing other Countries of acts that all appear to be internal including acts by a coworker arrested in 1980 at my office-he was the real culprit working for the above agencies-in apparent effort to use the attacks as a means of evading the sanctions and punishments of us invading other Countries in violation of The Geneva Conventions against Aggressive War. It seems perfectly reasonable to attack other Countries in self defense -but when the attacker is an inside job?/ his is what brought upon me 30 years of misery attempted murders-vandalisms robbery of all my assets and robbery of my technology and handing oit apparently to multinationals that dabbled in the technology I claimed in may patent-Please read on google patents and will see that i claim all technologies related to internet I worked on entire field since 1980 and finally filed uin 1998? dont remember because the first filing was blocked and had to file again after missed an administrative deadline. 

In the patent i claim among others "access to internet using touchscreen commands"'access to internet using voice commands, access to internet using credit cards ,debuit cards, perpaid gift cards(did not exist then) and other means to transact internet financial deals.I claimed by using camera in my technology combined with the "touchscreen access" or by keyboard also to take photo and upload personal items for listing on  internet for sale,claimed use of the camera imbeded in my device to use for video chatting or social chatting with family on remote areas and sharing, or using it for interviews live, also claimed uploading or downloading data video, books, and music as well as any othe rcontent to and from portabler devices to the internet, and also claimed wiereless acces via wierelss media and also satellite links(this last truncated and left out by my lawyer-I still dont know why ) he is deceased now so God Knows what happened but in the opinion of several patentexaminers they do not consider that critical since the basic patent covers all access by methods described the uploading etc as I mention here and their conclusion was that the wireless was obvious thus a natural extension of my original patent in spite of a small incremental addition claimed in second patent as I realized that my lawyer had omitted the wireless and added the parallel processing or wireless claims- many of these patents died due to bullying by the Government agencies I am claiming and got a default judgement against and am trying to collect the amounts due. 

The total gold robbed from our gold mines can be seen with one document falsified by people connected to the robbers and later "died" or were made dead"-there seems to be a long string  I am sure that some probably died also of natural causes in al;l these years but the evidence points in other direction. ASnyway after they did not reply these details ai believe are Pyrrhic since the default judgement is in place and am trying to collect the 43,3 trillion owed.

I tried with a bank discounting the claim offering a 30% of amount owed as commission and they were apparently interested and asked that i return a week  after which time they ignored  the issue apparently for political reasons. Then I tried offering to lend all $ money owed to us for paying all sovereign debt at a zero % interest rate just so I could get the money owed in the form of loans to debtor Countries-- the sum I am owed and my brithers and sisters is so large i am trying now to muster a group of debtor nations that in exchange of  they helping collect the funds owed - we will have a zero interest or negative interest loan offered to them  to pay off their sovereign debt-i believe that the sum owed to us is so large it can cover all the defaulted countries as Spain,Portugal,Iceland, Ireland, Greece Italy, France, India etc? and even Brazil and some other countries that I may care to extend the offer to.in exchange of recuperating the rest robbed or disappeared under guidance of the US Govt agencies from our family and my technology!

So If my claim stands and I have read UCC several times and believe that there is no defect other than that I convoked an unusual court -after being denied legal redress a guarantee under the US Constitution so that the Article lll court was appropriate as a constitutional remedy--Article lll Constitutional Court of USA(now not used but remains yet as the fundamental court of USA even though concealed so citizens are not granted justice ).The USA has lied to its people and they believe that we operate under The US Constitution when in effect we operate under The BAR ( British Admiralty Rule-a corporate Court organized under proceedings of admiralty and where citizens are not considered for their rights rather the corporations interest are supreme_the BAR courts are corporations can look it up on Dun and Bradstreet any court in USA is a business not of WE The People but of corporate system! after our politicians back in 1930 robbed all of our gold in effort to finance Hitler for their own benefit of profiteering from war industries. same as now jus a bit differnet excuses and robbed homes instead of investors in wall Street as before(Book by Anthony C Sutton explains Wall Street and The Rise of Hilter" wiht tons of evidence from Nuremberg Trials(our own evidence). We are in same process even our leaders call their bid for World domination the New World order and uninformed people do not know that we already had that under Adolf Hitler-curiously the people in this NEW "New World Order" are the Grandchildren of the masterminds then!!HERE in USA the Third Reich was developed in USA and given to SAdolf as a pilot project or turnkey project"" for World domination-the instigators were able top hide and run for cover without being sent to the gallows!1 here in USA!!

So concluding I believe that we start the process not with a lenghty tiral but with collecting of funds at a stage that is already a default judgment, If we are able to muster debtor Nations and if they are interested in helping collect the money owed by using our claim or negotiating it at some terms to be discussed and we offer a percentage to lawyer/s or law firm able to get this done it may be a fairly easy or manageable task. The lawyers will make several dozen billion or more depending on how we are able to manage and parcel the claim.
