can not resolve getting paypal to work with my new credit card..
my credit card had expired and i renewed it and then changed the details in paypal account.
I still cant get pay pal to work .. i have pressed the resolve dispute button in paypal but it only offers to add another credit card (i dont want to do that) It is supposed to debit my bank account with a small amount but that hasnt happened.. How do i get it to work ... ?????? please email me if there is some answer to correct the problem jim truscott
