    Colleen - thank you for your answer - I had already taken everything out of my toolbar but can't get rid of the toolbar itself - it is covering information that I need - ie. signing into my programs.

    Tool bars are found in your programs. It may be hiding under a name you are not familiar with. I've given you all I know about how to remove tool bars. You'll just have to find where it's hiding.

    I just thought of something. It may not be a toolbar. It may be an addon or toolbar extension. Go to Tools, then add ons or extensions and see if it's there.
