        i'v been feeding them grasshoppers and they all love them including myrtle the turtle. haven't had any problems since they are large. if they were outside that is what they will eat. they also eat everything else thats recommended, though i will leave the little fishes out next time they weren't loved anyhow.

        ask the pet store. i feed my fire belly toad crickets. i was getting the large ones but he wasnt eating them. the pet store said he might be choking on the big ones, so i get him small ones.

          As I found out, Locusts are preferred, but if a reptile store provides Grasshoppers, which means you don't catch them on your own, it's OK.
