That’s only from February 20th to March 20th, during a blue moon on leap year, during the last full moon at low tide at midnight in northern Ireland and only women who are married can then turn into fish wives. The poor girl in the photo above was obviously a victim inexperienced witches who didn’t know not to take to the water before the full moon…poor dear, her parents should sue for malpractice.

From what I understand is that humans don’t turn into fish they return to being a fish. Something with DNA changes.
