Yes, just make sure you are precise. All the marks HAVE to line up or you'll never get your vehicle started again. If you are unsure about what you're doing, have a professional do it. Timing is the one thing you truly do not want to screw up.
I would wonder why your timing is out of alignment. You should find out why. Your vehicle is only an '01. Timing belts and chains are typically good for hundreds of thousands of miles.
