La Union, is about 5-6 hours travel from Manila. Tourist can take buses that go to either Narvacan, Laoag, Abra, or La Union. These buses leave Manila terminals every hour and arrive in the province after 5-6 hours of travel. One can then get to Balai Falls with the help of jeepneys, tricycles, mini-buses, and rent-a-vans that are the main mode of transport within the province.
