A Peregrine Falcon dives at 200 MPH

The pergrin falcon can fly/dive from up to 99 to 173 miles per hour. It is only this because it is an animal. In wich you are asking what is the fastest ANIMAL on earth. So in this case the pergrin falcon is the fastes animal on earth.
