              My vegetable intake has been too low for too long.  About 6 years ago, I gave up meat that came from a 4-legged creature; only lasted about 1 1/2 years, and I'm thinking about giving it another try. But I sure do enjoy a rib eye once in a while.

                              DOO loves veggies and fruits and nuts and beans and organic free-range dairy products and eggs!!


                              DOO does eat some dead animals.  Most often when she is invited to friends homes to eat.  Otherwise, she might eat meat (animal) once or twice a week.

                                i hope you eat dead animals, kinda hard to cut your meat when it wont lay still! lol.

                                I say dead animals as opposed to meat because to me anything that has eyes and has free movement is a meat (beef, pork,chicken, fish..etc)

                                Small portion of meat or fish daily


                                with lots of freshly steamed vegetables. 


                                Not much red meat, though.
