Get a book on how to properly train a puppy. You should have had a book already.

Consistancy....  LOL Just like when you got potty trained... Don't forget the love that goes with it ALL... *~*

pick up the puppy immediately and put outside.  reward by voice and treat positive reinforcing this good outdoor activity.  never hit or yell at the pup or it may become fear of going in front of you, just remove the positive reinforcement.  also keeping pup on 6 ft leash all the time keeps pup in check.  using a kennel is helpful and taking pup from kennel straight outside to do business is necessary.  pup will not like to go in the kennel.  go outside often becoming less often until you recognize 'I HAVE TO GO POTTY' signs.  one more thing, call it something- i choose "do your business" code word being "business".

I have 3 dogs none have peed in the house common sense when the dog wakes up let it outside and say go wee it will become a learnt behaviour like sit and shake , a dumb dog is only one that has never been trained, you have to reinforce everything they are just like children without the ability to draw on your walls ..

Have you been working with your puppie OR you still waiting for more answers? Gotta train them ASAP, otherwise you might be mean with'em if they make a mistake. And if they do, it's your fault. NOT THEIRS.. OK? REMEMBER, it's a PUPPY...

    Don't teach it geometry! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pi

    Don't bring puppy in house.

WHY? Keeping a puppy outside all the time IS CRUEL.. Keeping ANY dog out ALL THE TIME IS CRUEL..

There are many books out I'm sure to train a dog correctly. My dogs were always given free run of the property and a heated dog house in the winter. As a rule, animals are not permitted in the house unless extreme weather or sickness becomes an issue.
