Copying files into a CD is called burning. In order to burn a CD with an internet article, first try downloading the article into your computer. If the article cannot be downloaded, you can highlight its text with your computer mouse and then copy it by clicking 'Ctrl + c', then open a Word document and paste the text in it by clicking 'Ctrl + v'. Save the document. Once you have a file you can burn a CD with it. Burning CDs in Windows 7 can be done as follows:
    1) insert a writeable CD into your computer's CD recorder.
    2) In the dialog box that appears choose Burn files to data disc.
    3)
In the Burn a Disc dialog box, type a name for this disc, and then click Next.
    4) Open the folder that contains the files you want to burn, and then drag the files into the empty disc folder, as can be seen in the following picture:

When dragging files into the empty-disk folder, they are automatically copied.
