Google maps is not live time.
I just wanted to point it out as a comment to your link as he is looking for live time. I wanted him to know Google is not live. The pictures can actually be 2+ years old depending.

There are no sites that will give you live time close ups of any place on earth. Privacy laws make it illegal to spy or look at privately owned property via satellite. Only the government can do that.
