wlm - windows live messenger
My windows live messenger is empty when I tried to open the program. It does not is visible in the list of programs on "Programs and Resources". When I try to install messenger, comes that advise: "OnCatalogResult: 0x80280007". I would like to know how fix this error.

From what I found on the 'net, you have to completely unistall the old version, reboot your computer, then install the newest version found here > http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/messenger/home?SignedIn=1
