    how can I unlock windows live mail ? It will not open for me.

    I opened windows live mail on two computers at the same time and now it keeps saying that some unwanted activity happen and they locked my mail.   I put in many passwords and it still says  it will not open.  This has been going on for a couple of weeks and I need it open.

        You need to log out if you are using a shared device, you need to go through your security settings and create a new password, remember to log out..

          I did that many times using every password that I ever used and it just wont co-operate.
          What else can I do.
