For starters you must be seeing a doctor whom has put you on workers compensation, every doctors certificate covers you for the time you are ill, next thing to do is report your situation to industrial relations or whatever you cal it over there.

You need a good treating doctor and as this happened at work your place of employment is liable for all costs.

Stop stressing it is against the law for you to be sacked for hurting your back at work.

You need to ask your doctor to send you off to all the specialists required go and get legl advice so if you have to leave work because of the injury that you will be ble to suport yourself if you are unable to work.

The best thing you can do is rest learn pain management techniques, if you are a member of a union contact them and tell them what has happened there are bodies that protect the workers you just need to find out what it is called in your country...

I would for one be seeking legal advice ASAP..

Consult with a lawyer. They are trying to screw you.

    Hi,

Adding to that what Wonderdyke already (perfect) said:

First I see it not as an order to leave, but they try you to lead away of the company workers list to save them money. Its strange the union advice you to accept the offer so indeed I to advice you to get independent advice in this matter. The fact that they try to lose you shows that there is more at hand in this question.

Of course it would be of help if you fill in the profile questions (so we know what age you are and if you Male/female working to feed a family) and some info about what country you live (and if in the USA, what state) and the work you do, if you want a real serious answer from us.

    Greetings Puran.
