I'd like my guy to be clean and single, self-sufficient.  He should be kind to children and animals, patient behind the wheel of a car or in the line at a theatre.  Good teeth are a must, and common sense to go along with a modicum of intelligence.  Have a good sense of humor that includes laughing at yourself.  Have some hobbies that I can participate in and enjoy doing nothing as well as being active.  
Don't toot your own horn.  Just BE.  
Treat me with courtesy, respect, as a friend and as a lady.  Don't expect me to do or be something; just accept me for what I am.  Bragging is distasteful.  Mean what you say.
