Just googled, then picked the most relevant answer.

There are many motivation concepts, as can be found at various websites. The definitions of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations:
Intrinsic motivation is an internal need or desire to do a certain task:
    - People do something because they enjoy it.
    - People believe that some actions are the right thing to do morally.
    - Sometimes people do something in order to improve their skills.
Extrinsic motivation includes driving factors that don't come from inside of people. Examples: rewards such as money, success, and more.

I am extremely fortunate,I have a job that I love and get a sense of achievement from (intrinsic reward) I also get paid well for doing it (extrinsic reward)

Do you need to be educated to ans this question?
