One word to describe this site: Reciprocity.
Just like life in general itself: you get as much out of it as you give. Therefore, the more you give, the more you get in return. The happier they make you feel, the happier you are inclined to make them feel. On the other hand, the bad feelings you create here will perpetuate more bad feelings. Help the other members with the knowledge you have and receive assistance from them the information you eagerly await.
