In a pinch, I make nachos. Bean and cheese and don't forget the hot stuff...........

There are a lot of calories but you get vegetables from the beans and calcium from the cheese. i might put some rice in the beans and there would be the protein. Beans plus rice = protein. Thanks, Julie. I shop today and the ingredients will be on my list.

Nachos are filling, just don't eat a ton of them. Forget about healthy, just enjoy for a change...

A nice bacon and egg omelette with melted cheese and grilled tomato, nice and quick, and not too bad for you, fruit doesn't quite do it for me when I'm really hungry

dowsa, Are you a 12-year-old boy seeking attention? Your humor is so juvenile. There are some people on here who really make me laugh or think. You are not one of them.

itsmee:  Get over to Costco and buy a container of  Caffe D'Vita Mocha Cappuccino mix.  It costs about $12.  No trans fat, 99.7% caffeine free.  100 calories per serving.  Low sodium, and zero trans fat/hydrogenated oils.  4 grams total fat (3.5 of that saturated).  15g carbs, 1g protein, 10g sugars.
NOW:  Get out the blender.  Put about 1 cup of NF milk (of any sort) in the blender.  Add a cup of ice.  Add some flavored coffee creamer (which you can get fat free or sugar free, lactose free) and two tablespoons of the mix.  Blend that sucker til it looks like a frappe.  (I like to add some NF or sugar free frozen yogurt sometimes).
Pour it in a glass, stick it in the freezer for half an hour, and then enjoy it.
Sometimes I let it freeze almost solid and need a spoon to eat it.  It takes "forever" and it fills me up like nobody's business.
