fucuso- you are tired! Sleep! Turn off the tv, the music, the cell phone...if you must have noise put on non-distracting music. Make a TO DO list....place studying, research, homework on it! Try to split up the list a few non-school to do's followed by some time studying etc. Though it is tempting to study late at night when you have a family it isn't really the best time. Also, time for the kids and husband to do some of the TO DO list. No reason to be super-mom or super-wife. Sure they'll moan and groan but they'll get over it!

Hi Mrs. Drea! Kudos to you for striving to improve yourself. These days, that's definitely a challenge! I've been there/done that. Have you considered your overall nutrition? The reason I ask is that when your body is functioning optimally, it is easier to excel in any category. Just ask an athelete! Please share more about your goals, your course of study, and the reasons why you have launched this mission for yourself. Those are crucial drivers of your success. I have some suggestions for you!
