    On the 10th July I purchased a Hot Rocks Massage on e-mail jay.ramsay@sopura.com.au but now  your computer is saving it is not a valid e-mail address. Assistance required please?

    This is akaQA a question and answer site on the world wice web. You must go back to the site where you made your purchase and find the "contact us" and click on that. Then you ought to be able to get your answer.
