    Why is it the fault I reported on very low broadband speed logged as resolved ,it is not.

    My speed hovers around the 1.5mb mark and when I switched to you last month |(wef 13June) you indicated a speed of   betwee 5-7 mb. I have been sent 2 new filters which have done nothing to help. My exchange is located just approx.200 yards from my house.


    If this is an indication of the service I am likely to receive from BT I will  take the matter further.Why should I pay for a service clearly I am not receiving.


    Please deal with the matter without delay,thank you

    You will need to contact your service provider and work this problem out. You are not speaking to that provider on this web site.
