In what book is the quote as near as I can remember....' I tell my hands to stop, but they don't obey me '

Read while browsing a book my Grandfather was reading, James Bond in a romantic situation. At the time I wondered if even Bond James Bond could get away with a line like that. Years later I was in a dead end romantic situation, so decided to give it a shot.  When she removed my wandering hand for the second time, I said in my most serious tone..."I tell my hands to stop, but they don't obey me".  She said, "Tell them again." Serious.

    So what book?

You actually read the books? I watched the movies. Why is it important to know which book it comes from? Just curious.
