Considering your attitude and what you just posted to me, I'd say your kid is reacting to your bad attitude. Maybe you need boot camp for yourself?

Sorry that was rude of me. You do not know this situation to say that I'm not being "a parent" thank you very much.
I asked if you were being a parent. I did not say you were not being a parent. I can't think of a situation bad enough for anyone to send a child under 10 to boot camp. What is going on in the child's life to get them to act out so badly? Sorry but I blame the adults for this. Get the child professional counseling. No child is this bad all on their own.
