    Why do I have a excellent credit but am denied loans from every bank in town?

    My credit score is above 800 and I can"t get a loan, been turned down at 5 local banks.

      There are many people being denied loans now Donald.


      The banks are very choosy with whom they lend money to.


      If the banks feel your current job may not be there in a few years they won't run the risk of lending you money.


      Banks lent money to people who couldn't afford to buy the homes they did and got SCREWED when the economy faulted and people lost their jobs.


      I wish you well, its got to get better.......... I hope.
