I had not heard of it either. Its horrific and to think he only got 25 years in prison is beyond me.

He is mentally challenged. He was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility for parole for 25 years. Clifford Olsen didn't get out of jail so it is highly unlikely that Willie (Robert) will.
